Mastering

If you’re not happy with my work after getting your music mastered, just contact me for free mastering revisions within 30 days. My first round of masters almost always get approved, but if there’s anything that isn’t perfect, please let me know and I’ll make it right. I’m committed to doing whatever it takes to building a life-long business relationship with you.

If after the revision process, you feel that my work doesn’t meet your expectations, just contact me for a refund. My only requirement is that my masters are not released for sale or promotion, and that refunds are requested within 30 days of receiving masters.

Mixing & Mastering

If you’re not happy with my team’s mixes, just let me know within 30 days of receiving a mix and I’ll make it right. A few mix revisions are a normal part of every project, but if you feel we’re not catching your vision after revisions, just let me know and I’ll refund your money. Almost everyone we work with ends up coming back to us for more projects, but if that ends up not being you, just let me know and I’ll make it right.
