What sort of file issue are you having?
My files are corrupted and won't open.

If you're getting an error that your mastered files are corrupted, it's likely that your internet connection was interrupted while you downloaded your masters. Delete the files you've downloaded, and try downloading again over a very strong internet connection.
To download and open your files, you'll either need to use a computer to download the .zip file and open it, or you'll need to use an app like Dropbox on your smartphone. All audio files are contained in a zip file to prevent your files from being corrupted during download.
Is the mistake you're hearing in the masters present in the unmastered mixes as well, and do you hear it when you listen back at high and low volume on every set of speakers you listen on?
Yes, I hear the mistake in my mixes as well.
No, I checked the mixes and the mistake is only present in the masters.
Whoops! Don't feel bad, it's not uncommon to occasionally have an issue that you missed in your mixes become easier to hear after mastering. Mastering makes everything in a song more audible, including mistakes! To get an alternate version of your song mastered, just log in and click the button next to your project to "Remaster" a slightly different mix. Remasters are discounted too, so you won't need to book a brand new mastering project just to master the same song again with small changes.

FYI though, my rates are significantly higher if a project require me to take time away from my family.

. Please note that I am only in the studio Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST, but I am sometimes available to come in after hours for special projects. Please keep in mind that if I need to work after hours instead of be with my family, that my fees much much higher than they would be during my normal business hours.

If there's an issue with the masters that is present in the mixes, and wasn't caused by mastering, we can certainly fix it with a re-master of a new mix. Just log into your account and click the "Remaster" button next to your project. I charge a discounted rate if a very similar mix needs to be remastered.
If I've made a mistake on your project, and it's holding up your release, please let me know so that I can come in after hours and fix it as quickly as possible.
